A Special sister in the Lord
I would like to share what Jesus has done for me. Jesus has given me
strength when I feel like giving up. He says to me- sister let me take
your hand and show you the way. I really like the footprints in the
sand. He carries us when we don't know what to do for our selves.
My name is Julie and I would like to share that Jesus has delivered me
from a life of alcoholism and drug addiction. He sent a special sister
of His into my life when it was it's lowest point. She was willing to
witness about Jesus to me while I was at work in the Dry Cleaners that
I was then working in. She showed me that Jesus is a forgiving Jesus,
and that I needed to forgive myself. I thank Jesus for sending Sandi
into my life when He did. I am coming up on 60 days off of alcohol and
drugs, this may not seem like a lot of time, but to me it has been the
most beautiful time of my life.
I really enjoy the 23 Psalm to, The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not
want. I look at this as if I give my life entirely to Jesus that I
shall never have to want for anything in my life again. He will show me
wonderful and beautiful things if I only beleive, He will give me back
the life that I deserve, Not the life of the ways of the world.
He will guide and lead me down paths that will make my life prosper in
His work. I may have to walk IN the world but I do not have to be a
part OF the world. I love Jesus with all my heart and I hope and pray
that He will guide me down His path so that I can live a clean and
prosperous Christian life in His work....
